We had an issue with our booking ....my mistake.....and the friendly and very efficient manager and his assistant went out of their way to sort the issue.....which they did. Fantastic....setting our minds at ease.....the rooms were comfortable with all that you would expect from a 3 star hotel with a great breakfast and room cleaned every day .....couldn't ask for any more......its pretty centrally located and reasonably priced with some great restuarants behind. You can walk to the pantheon and jewish ghetto, the Tiber etc and bus/train connections to Roma termini etc.very good....all in all a very good experience....

Very clean room and it seemed to have newer amenities throughout the hotel. The room was large, comfortable, and included a safe to store items like passports. There was a paid breakfast that had many options to choose from. The hotel itself is in a nice part of Trastevere with a bus line right outside the doors making it easy to get into the main city center.

The hotel is neat, staffs are friendly and supportive. A variety of options at breakfast. Great location with easy access to restaurants.

Excellent position right in front of a tram and bus station that takes you to the city centre. Great coffee, clean room, towels changed daily. Helpful staff, helped with booking a taxi to the airport. Definitely recommend it!

Nice big room, staff were great and sorted out a free breakfast for us by signing up to the newsletter.
